I have many different ice packs at this point so I am quite picky. Here are my pros and cons.Pros: Gets cold quickly! I can re-ice an are several times a day. The size doesn't take up too much room in my freezer. I like that it can also be heated. The heating process can be done very quickly even from a frozen state. Heating worked well for my neck with this size.Cons: It gets extremely stiff when frozen for a long period which means you may have to let it thaw depending on what area you are trying to do. Personally wish it was a tad longer to go around a foot easier. Has an odor when heated.Overall very happy with this product!
