Review on PlumReward by Nicholas Erickson

I love that you can do all these things in one spot! It's great to plan out my social media promotions, create email campaigns, run A/B tests - everything is right there for me with it!! This program has really got us thinking about how we approach marketing our business because of its simplicity and effectiveness. Nothing at this point but everything is looking smooth from a user perspective or as far as functionality goes here at least. Our team loves using Plumbrewards because they have so many ways to reach people online with what ever message suits them best (customer service focus etc.) The platform offers lots more features than other simple platforms which allows customers (or potential new clients) to know their options without feeling like 'there are too much bells & whistles'. The ability to have an app that you can use for your business without spending money is great! I like how easy it was set up, but there are some features we would love if they had more time in development or were able to add them later down the road. We used this as part of our rewards program at work so employees could earn points towards gift cards from various retailers (Target included). It made tracking all those programs easier than having paper tickets with codes written by hand.
