Review on 📻 SWRNS-63U Radio Replacement Interface for Nissan Vehicles (2007-2012) by Darryl Montagna

I thought it would be easy to get to know each other. The wiring is pretty easy, but the dip switches on the little box are far from correct, at least for my 2016 Nissan Frontier S King Cab. Follow the instructions and try the 2 suggested combinations. A suggestion from Crux allowed my volume button on the steering wheel to turn down the Boss radio volume and nothing else worked. Another suggestion allowed using the volume up button to change the channel from 93.3 to 93.5 and using the up button to change the channel from 93.3 to 93.1. No other buttons worked, including the volume down button or the volume down button. I spoke to Crux about this and her decision was so ridiculous. They said that there are dozens of DIP switch combinations and that you just have to keep testing them and mostly get lucky. Her other suggestion was to close my trunk on my truck. Oh ok? My truck does NOT have a trunk. It has a back door. The guy then claims that he's an aircraft maintenance technician and it's just a part-time job for him. Glad I don't fly planes. As someone who works in the customer experience industry, in my day I've heard poor customer service listening to recorded calls but this guy takes over. How do I close the trunk of a truck if it doesn't have a trunk?
