I'm so glad I bought this! I had to replace an old Doctor's Night Guard that I've been using for years as it looked a bit shabby despite having cleaned it regularly in a solution. They make these night guards a lot thinner and smaller and claim the new ones are BPA-free. It took me two tries to get it right but it works well and is much more comfortable compared to my old one which was bulky. With my old one I woke up in the morning with a bit sensitive teeth, but with this one I don't feel any discomfort. Tip: the molding guide in this box is crap! Confusing and almost useless. Do yourself a favor and search Google for a more detailed version of the instructions, or better yet, contact the company and they will send you a PDF version. I guarantee it will make your experience of molding this onto your teeth a lot easier and less confusing!
