This mouse is amazing. It fits comfortably in my hand and its texture makes for a very pleasant gaming experience. It has an array of buttons and dpi options for those who need more than the usual left and right click. Its laser is very accurate, allowing me to use the mouse on a variety of surfaces, even on the very cool "Eco" setting, which is essentially a power-saving mode. This feature is great for advanced users and will definitely save you from wasting batteries. This mouse is 100% ready to work with my Win10 machine; All I had to do was plug in a small nano USB dongle and click. It came in a cheeky red dragon clear gray plastic case, perfect for packing your mouse in when travelling. My favorite part of this product are the LEDs that light up on the scroll wheel, body and resistor element, the memorable Red Dragon logo that glows red and looks pretty damn cool. I played Starcraft 2 with one of those expensive Razers. Mice, and to be honest both this company and the mouse knocked them out of the water with exceptionally brilliant customer support and device performance, customization and affordability. My sister has a broken Razer laptop and after several emails the support team didn't even reply to her but sent an email to Red Dragon and they will solve your problem in no time. All in all, this mouse keeps showing its style. Plus, it doesn't hurt your wallet. This is truly a gaming mouse made for people. I am very happy with my investment and will return for all my mouse needs ^-^ 10/10 would recommend. UPDATE 10/16/2019 After over a year of intensive daily use of my mouse at home and school it stopped accepting batteries :( I contacted LTC/RED Dragon support and received the most wonderful help and support from Ms. E. She gave me helped solve a problem with my mouse with ease and was very social throughout the process and helped me solve my problem quickly. Although my mouse broke over a year later, it was the best mouse investment we've ever had made and I look forward to the replacement I already have.RED DRAGON ALL DAY BABY!
