Review on Ruzucoda by David Maxwell

I was very dissatisfied with my recent buy of a stuffed animal from Ruzucoda. To begin, the website's layout is chaotic and hard to use. I wasted too much time searching in the wrong places. Unfortunately, the plush animal I ordered did not match the description on the website. It appeared as though a shredder had been used on the matted hair. It was awful to cuddle with because the filling was uneven and lumpy. The terrible customer care at Ruzucoda only added insult to injury. They were rude and unhelpful when I called them about the problems with my order. It was clear that they weren't interested in satisfying their clientele. Those in search of high-caliber playthings should turn elsewhere than Ruzucoda. Everything from the products to the website to the customer support is terrible. Don't bother with this store if it's giving you trouble.
