Review on Waterproof And Windproof 2-3 Person Forceatt Tent: Lightweight, Easy To Set Up, And Ideal For Hiking And Backpacking In 3-4 Seasons by Kenneth Cotton

Revainrating 3 out of 5

I wanted to like this a lot.

I was so excited to get this set up on my first backpacking trip. It's not the lightest you can get, but it's definitely manageable to hike with.We had rain on our trip, and for the first couple of hours, we had no issue. The problem was a consistent moderate rainfall. I'd say this would be great for a short rain, but it will start to transfer moisture after a few hours, unfortunately. We set up the tent in a flash - it really is super easy. With that being said, however, I wasn't expecting this to have a singular pole style. It's not very sturdy, but the rainfly is excellent and thankfully helped to keep it from collapsing on us most of the night. Although, to be fair that could have been from the rainfall and wind. This tent would be really great for a casual DRY trip, but we think we're going to look into hammocks for the future.
