Well I just received the brush and used it right away. I was amazed how it works so well. My hair is wavy, curly and straight, so it gets tangled easily. It took me no time at all to untie the knots and very little breaking, unlike my regular comb. Also, my daughter who is mixed race has very tight curls and brushing her hair is terrible so she explains why I'm looking for this comb! I said: No more tears from her eyes! Everything around is just amazing. I've noticed a few negative reviews and just want to clear things up. If the world is missing, contact them before checking and make sure exchange errors constantly. Their ratings are usually meaningless if the seller has poor customer service. other negative reviews that may just be related to their experience and may not work for them. All although I don't see how it could be better. I would highly recommend to my neighbors and family! Thanks, I've finally found my perfect brush!
