Can't give a good review as the control panel was missing from the box. I found out after the first use and looked at someone's brush. When I first used it, the brush felt very thin and unwieldy. I noticed that someone else with the same brush had what is called a control panel. Then I read the instructions and saw that it should be attached but it wasn't.

I usually have a really hard time with tangles when I wash my hair and it doesn't help that I'm very sensitive to the discomfort of brushing tangles. In other words, I'm a "tender mind"! I really like this product. It works! It reduces my hair loss and goes through my hair easily. I have 4c hair and don't usually bother with it so it's mostly very tight tight curls. I usually put a bandage on and keep it moving. But with that, I can detangle and wear down my hair with the product. It helps me with washing and grooming because I can comb it and style it the way I want without any hassle or effort. I love this toothbrush. My hair is about 3c in texture and has been minimal when using this brush. It says it can be used on wet or dry hair, but I find my hair always detangles better when it's wet. Updated review and star rating: The problem with first use was that my hair was tangled at the time (after removing the fake curls). This is my second time changing this brush and I can confidently say that it detangles hair well, but not if it hasn't been brushed for a while. ***** Unfortunately it didn't work for me. The brush came as shown. For best application, first brush your hair vertically and then horizontally. The only downside was the included element to control the flexibility of the brushes, which didn't stay in place.

Well I just received the brush and used it right away. I was amazed how it works so well. My hair is wavy, curly and straight, so it gets tangled easily. It took me no time at all to untie the knots and very little breaking, unlike my regular comb.
