I think they are very professional! They were always available when we needed them to help us with our needs for both my business as well as theirs. We have been working together since 2013 so there's not much I can say about this other than it was easy going back then but now things change quickly. Our relationship has changed over time from being partners who worked side by side to competitors trying to outdo each other. It became difficult at times because of their work ethic vs mine or vice versa. The only thing I would like to see different between myself and another client (or even coworker) is if one person had more experience/knowledge base compared to someone else - maybe give an advantage? That way neither party feels slighted. If you want people to trust you ask questions before hiring anyone!! You need to know what your doing. Do your homework first! There isn't anything bad here. Everything went smoothly. Ruby Media Group is a very professional and responsive agency. They are always open to discuss ideas and help with our business needs. I have no complaints. They are always there to help. They get the job done and get the results that we need. I highly recommend Ruby Media Group.
