First Impression Love the device, great resolution, overlay functions work well. Unfortunately disappointed with faulty hardware/software. When I first turn the unit on the temperature reading is accurate, but from that point on the temperature increases until it hits 10 degrees in all directions in a minute. I still saw the heatmap fairly accurately, but was disappointed with the inaccurate readings. There was also an issue where the device wouldn't turn off once and had to hold the power button for 30 seconds before it finally turned off. Emailed tech support which would take a day or two between replies and was told it was out of spec and shouldn't be doing it. I have to send it at my expense so they can look at it. Instead, I gave it back to Revane. I had high expectations but after seeing other reviews I don't think they have fixed the issues yet and it's not worth risking an out of warranty hardware failure.
