Both relays returned, thanks Revain for your returns policy. These relays are not worth the hassle of installing them. Turn signals installed with the engine off, turn signals and emergency light worked perfectly. When I started the engine to take my truck to the shop, the turn signal made a very loud buzzing/electrical noise that sounded like the contactor was vibrating. The dash lights would not come on and the 4 outer turn signals were very, very weak if at all. Compared to the contactor in the original Ford turn signal, the contactor is smaller and very cheaply made. Capable of operating on battery voltage (12 VDC), but alternator voltage faults (13.8 VDC) had to be evaluated up to 16.5 VDC (120% of nameplate). This application. I tried reinstalling the bulbs and the turn signal still made a buzzing noise and the filaments barely lit. Reinstalled the original Ford turn signal with LED and the turn signals work. So the turn signal didn't permanently damage the wiring/circuitry. I will go to NAPA and buy their EP27L.
