Construction was good. I read several reviews before buying, many noted the softness. Other people's opinions don't usually matter when buying a product, but in this case I wish I had. The bristles were too soft, like a baby comb. I don't know if the arms are too short for the grip, but I couldn't reach the whole back, no matter if I tried it from above or below, no matter what kind of curve I tried. Other than that, it didn't work for me, but the quality is good and might just be the brush for you.
