UGG makes quality shoes. I ordered them on a Prime Wardrobe trial and they were my group favorite, although I returned them anyway. I found the material a bit thick and hot on my feet. This is purely due to my personal preference – I like to wear these types of shoes more casually and without socks. It will be a great show for many. I'm a size 9 and ordered a size 9. It fits very well; a bit tight on either side of the toe but 9.5 would be loose and I'm sure the suede would be snug on my foot in a few weeks. It's really just the thickness of the material and the fact that my feet get hot that made me return them.
