I love that it is so easy to use! The interface makes finding what we need super simple - there are no cryptic menus or buttons with little pictures next to them. It's also very intuitive once you get used to using it (and believe me, if your business does any work scheduling related tasks this program will be extremely helpful). If our employees don't know how to download files from gophter they sometimes struggle but we've had success teaching people in other departments about their benefits as well. We're able to schedule all sorts of different types of projects at one time without having multiple programs open. This has really helped us streamline things since we only actually do 4-5 major project management type items per month now instead of 30+.
