I just received it today, opened it up and put it in the bathroom and now I realize there is a part missing. maybe it broke when you opened it (the packaging was difficult to open) or it came like that, I don't know. Anyway it shows how fragile it is, I'm sure it won't last long. I'll use it because it's sooo soft, but I have to be careful when brushing that the baby doesn't swallow a piece. Update: I came here to buy this toothbrush again because my son still uses the old one, but you should still get a new one more often. Other than the bristles which haven't been there since day one they don't fall out anymore, they're a little curved but not too severe and brushing my son's teeth twice a day is a struggle so it must be really good . keep product for so long. I will keep coming back for more.
