It's good. For a while
I used to be an electrician and used to buy tap changers which was the benchmark. Ever since production moved to Taiwan, quality has become known. Spent the extra money on this German made piece of art and couldn't be happier! * edited to include an update. Plastic parts become brittle and crack/break. Only lasted about 6 months
