Very disappointed, doesn't look like advertised, everything melted back on one side of the bottle after the first bottle went through the packaging. I feel like they need to pack it better and ship it too, especially when the product is coconut oil. I live in Az and so far both products I order from Trully Beauty through Revain have been very disappointing. So I will order directly from the company to see if the product comes out the same way. But other than that, it smells great and my lips were really soft after trying it, and yes, Lil makes a huge difference.
