    The product is GREAT, the way it was packaged for shipping is NOT GREAT!

    Nice product, smells and works great! Worth every penny. But it came with a broken glass lid. I also bought the unicorn body cream which unfortunately ALSO came with a broken cap! I would love to order more as gifts but I won't do it for fear of getting all the jars with broken lids and the hassle of returning bottles and then maybe getting another broken jar etc.

    Not what I expected.

    Very disappointed, doesn't look like advertised, everything melted back on one side of the bottle after the first bottle went through the packaging. I feel like they need to pack it better and ship it too, especially when the product is coconut oil. I live in Az and so far both products I order from Trully Beauty through Revain have been very disappointing. So I will order directly from the company to see if the product comes out the same way. But other than that, it smells great and my lips…
