I really like the strainer, it works great, holds stuff in place with no leakage issues. I order two and one was incomplete, it didn't have the rest of the hook chain to place it on the rim of the mug, I have to hold it and dip like a regular tea bag. Also, and that's the reason for the low rating, it works great, I would buy again. UPDATED 11/11/20: After I posted my review and concerns, the company emailed me within a few days, I explained the defect in my diffuser and they promptly sent me a replacement set. Excellent customer service and product. Changed my rating from 3 to 5 stars.
