I like that it is easy to make changes as needed without having to call customer support which can be costly sometimes! It has made our billing process much easier in regards to entering patient info into multiple locations at once. We have also been able to track all payments received from insurance companies through this software. There are not many other benefits right now but we will see what happens when they launch their mobile app sometime later this year or early next year. The only thing about stellar chiropractor solution so far is how slow some aspects take time to load up such as scheduling appointments. This would probably fix itself if there were less patients being seen than currently because of COVID-19 pandemic. But honestly its pretty fast loading times compared to any other system out there. Efficiently keeping records of payment amounts coming in each month/quarter helps us keep accounts current by knowing exactly where money goes instead of trying to remember who.
