LoneRobe has horrible customer service and low-quality goods.

I have to say that I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the goods and the level of customer service given by LoneRobe when I recently bought some sports and outdoors equipment from them. The quality of the items I got was extremely low, to begin with. Water sports gear was poorly made and uncomfortable to wear, while all of the sports equipment was flimsy and broke after only a few uses. LoneRobe obviously skimped on quality control during production, rendering these goods useless. Second, the company's customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive when I attempted to voice my complaints to them. They were impolite and dismissive when I finally got through to someone after numerous attempts to contact them via email and phone. I felt frustrated and let down by LoneRobe's lack of professionalism after it became apparent that they weren't interested in resolving my problems. In general, I do not recommend LoneRobe for any outdoor activities. The standard of their goods is low, and their support services are nonexistent. Don't bother, and go somewhere else.
