When the package arrived the box was damaged but the unit looked normal. Upon inspecting the pressure washer, I found the sprayer was missing, the nozzle cleaner was missing, the sprayer guard was broken, the nozzles didn't fit in the hose, and there was soap residue on the soap dispenser. Long story short, they sent me a used car. The supplied operation and care book was for a refurbished device. I'm sending it back for a replacement.
