Definitely not a fast charger

This device has a charging rate of 1000mA (1A) but only offers one battery at a time. This means that if you have 2 fully discharged batteries, both of which are 1800mAh, you will need around 1.8 hours to charge each battery. It looks like it's been working fine for me so far. I have used it to charge 18650 and 16340 batteries with no problems.
