Does not protect phone

I would like to recommend this product. I wanted to like it with its slim form factor. Unfortunately, my phone slipped out of my pocket and fell about 3 feet onto the tile floor. Nothing supernatural or extraordinary. When I picked up the phone, there were large, obvious cracks on the back of my iPhone XS Max 2. Now I have to replace the rear window before the update 😡 🤬 😡
