Great bag. Beautiful plum color. Originally ordered medium as my dog was measured for that size. But she is a bit overweight and seemed a bit tense despite following the rules. I returned it and ordered a large one. So happy I did. She's much more comfortable, has room to turn around, stand up, and while she's not thrilled with what's inside, she walks in for a treat and doesn't complain when I zip up. Just received today. I understand the airline doesn't guarantee a large size, but it's not that big and it looks like it would fit under the seat. It's easy to carry with handles. The shoulder strap makes it a little heavier for me. But she weighs 19-20 pounds and the bag weighs around 4 pounds. So I have my husband pick it up if we need to carry it for more than 15 minutes. It can also be placed on an extended suitcase handle. Didn't try. Sheepskin pillow is lightweight. I wouldn't use it as a bed but it seems comfortable in it, making it perfect for a 4 hour plane trip. I take the advice to get her used to it before our flight with some treats and a laser beam she fires straight into her pocket. All stitching looks even and the zippers slide through easily. This is a really good bag for a 20 lb dog. This product comes highly recommended
