I've put these in our spare bathroom and installed them 3years ago. They might get flipped on for a few minutes a handful of times a week. Then, one by one, they die within just days of each other. Now this is some well engineered planned obsolescence. Why else would you think they sell them in a 5 pack? They are nice and bright and look great in can lighting. Just double up when you buy them. You WILL NEED spares.:-/ Better than halogens, and the price has come way down. With the short lift, it's probably a wash financially at the end of the day.
