I bought this as a Christmas present for my mother in law. She's a terrible person, but everyone deserves a heartfelt gift. Your 19 year old cat passed away a few months ago and I thought it would be nice to show some sympathy. It was sent home to me so I could frame Scotty's picture for her. It's pretty solid for a budget frame, and the band-style suspension is a nice touch. I have a feeling the photo crop is smaller than 5x7. I had to crop the photo of the cat a bit to fit. I will update the review after she receives her gifts.
