Review on Scotty by Billy Berry

Great platform for making sales to customers who are on social media which I believe it's the key target audience of many SMEs (especially online). Not so easy to use but once you learn how everything works from filters to call flow automation all through its AI engine you get there! The chat bot is excellent at providing answers even if not programmed specifically into their system. If they have more options for customizing bots, then this would be way better, otherwise good as is. We started managing our leads with them few years ago and we could see significant difference after that time. The best thing about Scotty is that it is a chatbot and it is very easy to use. The only thing I dislike about Scotty is that sometimes it doesn't work. It is very easy to use and it is very good for the customer service. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good customer service. I use Scotty to answer customer service questions and also to schedule appointments.
