That's what I expected. Holds enough clubs so I can still play golf. My driver fits without headgear. It is recommended to insert multiple irons first and then the driver last to ensure the driver is not damaged. It also has a few balls that I keep in a separate pocket. Bought to carry my racquets when I ride my bike.
