Definitely a surprise. They are much stronger than I expected. The plastic is the same thickness as the famous brand's "Ultra Strong" version (0.9 mil), but much more economical. I've found that I actually prefer drawstring bags to drawstring bags, and that's not just a cost factor - drawstring bags are just easier for me to work with. And I especially like the black ones as they tend to "fade" - they're not as noticeable as the white ones. I will definitely buy them again.
