This is an exact model of the Astro 1442. They are likely made in the same factory. Same case. The only difference is the price and the fact that you don't get instructions. 1 star deduction for that. However, you can always download the 1442 manual to show you how to properly insert different size rivet nuts into the tool without shearing them and damaging the tool. I played around with this at first before downloading the guide as I missed a small step that might break one of the tips if I didn't fix it. The rest is working great so far. I've only used the larger rivet nuts and haven't tried the smaller ones yet. However, I had no trouble trimming or stripping the ends afterwards. I'll update this thread if anything changes, but it looks very well made and as long as you follow Astro's instructions you shouldn't have any problems using or maintaining this device. You can also purchase Astro Tips for this tool.
