We were delighted to receive this sharpener! We unpacked it, charged it for several hours (only micro USB cable included, no plug adapter). Once it was fully charged, we sharpened 3 dozen crayons before it ran out of power. We charged it again and then the problem started. With every pencil we sharpen, the sharpener breaks the stem when it is removed from the sharpener. Everyone. Lonely. Pencil. I made sure the drip tray and sharpening mechanism were free of any dirt or shavings. Nothing solves the problem. She just breaks the stem of each pencil. Everything about the sharpener was so cool. It's portable, fast, automatic. That means you put the pen down and it sucks it in, sharpens it, and then pushes it out again. It holds a charge very well. But the point of a sharpener is to sharpen the lead, not break it, which is why I'm giving it 2 stars.
