Exactly what I was looking for! I am a very active person and at work I sit in a chair all day which causes severe back pain. There is also more sitting on the way to work. I was initially a bit skeptical about buying a chair, but I had to try something different before I could live out the rest of my life as a hunchback. This chair has almost completely eliminated my lower back pain because it uses different muscles and your core for better posture. You'll need to change your position throughout the day as your knees will be under too much strain and your legs will need to be stretched from time to time, but you can also use a chair as a stool, which helps. I'm giving 5 stars because it has relieved me of pain, the chair is fairly comfortable (with good padding), is decently constructed (although it could be a bit more stable), and it rocks back and forth to stretch your back. Weight limit 220! Note when buying!
