It has never worked consistently and I thought it was because I'm left handed but after watching lots of videos of it being used I realized that mine was wrong . There is a wheel that has to turn to change the tension and no matter how much I turn the wheel it doesn't change, and it doesn't matter how it works inconsistently. It usually doesn't pull the zipper and leaves a tail that I have to cut off by hand. I've had the Zip gun for almost a year so I can't return it for a refund. I'd like to understand that it's flawed instead of thinking that the problem is within me. Be aware if yours is not working properly make sure you return it before the expiry date.
