THESE ARE FOR SURE COMPOSTABLE
I have a commercial composting company and these break down easily. At first I didn't believe their labeling and thought it was plastic because of the feel of the bag and how strong it was, but sure enough it breaks down with no leftover pieces in our composters.Keep in mind this is a commercial/industrial operation and most compostable bags won't break down in backyard composting if your pile is not hot enough. Most backyard composting hardly warms up because their pile is too small and their household doesn't generate enough waste fast enough.
