I find it reduces some fine lines and helps speed up skin healing time. I tend to pick pimples and skin neurotically and get excruciating sores on my face as a result. When used nightly, this product along with another product purchased from Amazon called Brave Soldier: Antiseptic Healing Ointment (for those interested, I'm attaching a picture of the image) seemed to produce significant results in the morning. Much better at reducing red/wet/infected spots than any other product I've tried in the past. Also, I never write reviews.
