Review on RPNB by Rahul Schatz

I recently encountered a frustrating situation with the RPNB online shop, which made me irate and disappointed. Everything began when I chose to order some new shooting equipment from their website. At first, everything appeared to be proceeding as planned. I selected a few products and put them in my shopping cart. However, I ran into a number of issues when I attempted to check out that kept me from finishing my purchase. I tried numerous times, but no matter what I did, the checkout procedure remained unresponsive. I contacted RPNB's customer service department for assistance, but they were sluggish to reply and unhelpful once they did. I had to communicate back and forth with their customer service staff for several days before I could eventually complete my purchase. But several of the things I had paid for were missing when my order finally showed up. To try to fix the problem, I contacted RPNB once more, but they were unreachable and difficult to deal with. Before I eventually got a refund for the missing items, I had to wait through several frustrating and time-wasting weeks. Overall, my experience with the RPNB online store should serve as a warning about the risks associated with online purchasing. It was a frustrating and disappointing experience from beginning to end, and I now feel like I should have purchased somewhere else.
