This is a really unacceptable replacement for a real milling tool. This is a pair of vises with new jaws welded on. This works on flat stock, but you'll need to use the tool upside down to create a "countersunk" flange on a horizontal sheet metal, or a "countersunk" flange in a hole in a vertical piece of metal. I think they did it on purpose because of the angle of the jaws, but that makes the tool very awkward to use. After this tool failed miserably when creating a flange while doing some body work, I found this tool to be more useful as a pair. Vice. You can only use the first 1/2 inch or so of the jaws, but it worked for holding multiple overlapping sheets of steel together. Next time I will buy a suitable pneumatic flaring tool.
