Love this collar and remote control. I have a two year old deaf Great Dane; Teaching a deaf dog was harder than I thought. I've tried different collars and found this one to work the best. It's durable, lightweight and my dog knows not to bark or whine when wearing a collar. I use the spray to control barking and the vibration to get her attention at other times. Obviously she can't respond to voice commands so she can't see hand signals unless she's looking at me, yes! My only complaint is that another dog chewed on the remote (my fault I didn't mention it) and when I emailed the manufacturer through Revain to see if I could just order the remote, I never did get an answer. I ended up buying a second collar and remote because I didn't know how to replace just the remote. Expensive but worth it for me and my deaf dog.
