REVIEW WITH MODIFICATIONS -- "ISSUES " STORE -- FAST AND EASY SETUP -- HAS ALL THE INSTRUMENTS

Trouble downloading updates, crashes the screen etc. I worked with a tech for 2 hours on 12/18/20 and thought we fixed it BUT I ran into some of the same issues last night and this morning. I have sent a repeat of the letter to the letter received yesterday after the technical meeting, I am waiting for a reply. I like a lot on the computer, but I can't stand these constant problems. I was thinking of returning it and replacing it with a Lenovo or Acer of comparable quality. I was struggling to decide when my wife would switch to an all-in-one computer. My daughter is a big Dell fan and I have tested many similar products and decided to give this product a try based on reviews of other similar but smaller Dell all in ones. I have read and it is true that the key to a successful setup is to remove the dongle from the mouse that came with it FIRST! It "controls/turns on/works" the keyboard too! The voice assistant helped me get started quickly. Love the screen size, the simplicity of the new look - no more cables! My HP printer and wireless network were 'accepted' with no problems after making some minor personal adjustments. VOILA! Did. I have since moved all my files from an external hard drive and am enjoying my new setup. others I looked at (and actually ordered first but caught myself and canceled) others are HP Pavilion all-in-ones which cost around $1,500. Three days after I bought it for around $1000 I did some checking and came across a new even lower price around $900+ --- called Revain but they have no "value for money" - -- Phew!
