I'm a personal trainer and nutrition coach. In between my own workouts and classes, I teach workouts 6-7 days a week. I also eat A LOT, which is why I take tons of protein powder. I've only had plant-based protein powders before, but some of these can be TERRIBLE. I can predict whether I like it or not based on the ingredients. Pretty much if there's an added "green" I don't like it. It had good nutrients and ingredients so I decided to give it a try. Pros: - no greens (if I want greens I put it in smoothies - I don't want greens when I mix it with almond milk) - works well with oatmeal - doesn't turn food brown/green - good vanilla flavor - simple ingredients - sugar free - High Protein - Sweetened with Stevia (as opposed to Sucralose or Ace K) - Non-GMO - BCAA - Vegan - Blends well Cons: - Expensive - Non-Organic - Smells like plasticine. All in all, this is one of my favorite powders. I would order again but it's so expensive compared to what I usually get. For that reason, I stick to my usual. But I would recommend that.
