I've tried MANY herbal powders - this is one of the best!

I'm a personal trainer and nutrition coach. In between my own workouts and classes, I teach workouts 6-7 days a week. I also eat A LOT, which is why I take tons of protein powder. I've only had plant-based protein powders before, but some of these can be TERRIBLE. I can predict whether I like it or not based on the ingredients. Pretty much if there's an added "green" I don't like it. It had good nutrients and ingredients so I decided to give it a try. Pros: - no greens (if I want greens I put…

Pros
  • Peas
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

I like trying different types of protein powders, especially because I'm on a plant-based diet and need protein. A friend at work always wrinkled her nose and preferred whey protein powder to anything with peas in it. The main thing was that the severity repelled her. This protein blend follows that nutritional challenge. A 33-gram serving contains no cholesterol and only 2 grams of fat (1 gram of saturated fat). This fat probably comes from pumpkin…
