I bought this board and speakers to use on my patio. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001CXXDBM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 I've bought other similar boards from other manufacturers and have been a little less than thrilled. The one in my garage makes an awful noise when turned on, and the volume can't be cranked very high without distorting the sound quality. The one I added to our RV has decent sound quality and the starting noise is a lot less obnoxious, but there's an odd volume potentiometer with a neck too short to even fit through the 1/8-inch panel. while it was coming to me, but it also showed up much earlier than expected by a couple of weeks. I just hooked it up to my desk with waterproof speakers. The sound is excellent. The device was paired directly with my Android phone. And I was able to get it pretty loud without distortion. I'm really considering replacing the other two with these. I wouldn't hesitate to offer them as an easy fix and wouldn't suggest buying the ones that cost half the price. It is clear that they are not worth it in comparison.
