I use and like the round melon boat chair leg pads but these square ones are different and not as good. They have a pronounced lip on top while round lips have no such lip. The reason the lip is bad is because visually it really stands out. The round ones basically merge with the chair leg and become almost invisible. Due to the overhang on the squares, they are particularly noticeable and stand out when looking at the furniture. Which is a pity for me when I want to show my furniture and not the little shoes that the furniture is wearing.
