This corrector works very well. My posture has improved significantly and my back feels better. I wouldn't recommend it for office use, it needs to be tightened so your back is straight when you're sitting and if it's tight you can't type comfortably in front of you. However, it's great for running and running errands. For those of us with sensitive skin, you can't wear it without a layer between the straps and your body. The need for something underneath means he's not as discreet. Of course you can also wear something over it, but it's summer in Minnesota and that's just not an option for me. I recommend it but the lack of comfort is a downside to be aware of.
