SHIT! Makes your truck pull to the right.

I installed this on my 2015 Silverado 2500HD. He exploded immediately. But save yourself the headache and just buy a ranch. For some reason this thing is loaded with gas. (albeit at low pressure) It tries to expand when it breaks, like a punch. This is very bad for the steering stabilizer! As a result, the truck always pulls to the right, no matter what you do. Even if the orientation is correct. It's not so bad when it's hot outside, but in winter it's really annoying when it's cold, as it seems to pinch more in the cold. The Rancho is no throttle, also bolts directly in and has a better design on the center link. The pin has a nut on both ends, not a rivet plate like this one on the side of the hub. So if the pin refuses to let go of the center link, you'll have to grind out the rivet to get the thing off. And then you have to remove the center link (a pain doing it, but!) to get the pin out so you can replace it with something that actually works! It actually runs better now when it has a steering damper after I replaced it with a steering damper. ranch one (The 2015 trucks were out of stock. Although there is a TSB where if yours is new or nearly new the dealer will install it if you only have a 2011-2015 truck steering complaint.) My 2015 had a side mounting frame. and a mounting hole on the steering wheel so it can be easily bolted on and comes with everything you need for installation. I've read that 2016 and newer trucks no longer have frame side mounts. And that 2017 and newer trucks no longer have a steering wheel mounting hole. But there are kits for these trucks. Towed my 7,000 trailer 250 miles today with no problems. I didn't feel like I needed to make as many repairs, and the steering wheel didn't seem to wobble at all when towing on bumps. That used to happen often. Overall I am very happy with Rancho. Shit, and my truck kept pulling to the right! I absolutely cannot recommend this car. Just take Rancho. This is cheaper and also screws in quickly and doesn't let the truck tow. And it's just as effective as this at taming the wobble and judder of the steering wheel on rough roads.
