Makes keeping track of key performance indicators in a team environment so much easier
The ability to track key performance indicators across projects for multiple departments within an organization is one of my favorite things about this software! I have also used it as part our internal project management system which has been very helpful in managing time sensitive items internally at work too since we are all under tight deadlines here with COVID-19 looming overhead!! Not much so far really but that's because their support staff were fantastic when they first got us onboarded into using them through training sessions last year--they're just now ramping up more services after months away from doing any new releases or adding features etc.--but those who've dealt wtih both say there isn't anything bad you can report unless your needs aren’ts met perfectly by what exists currently out thar way already..? We use Team Exec primarily b'cuz its great tool fo tracking KPIs related tp each department & cross functionally between teams working together.
- I loooove the ability to build KPIs within the system and set up metrics to track metrics
- I really dislike the inactivity of the support team as they are the ones who should be able to update the software with new versions and features they don't
