My wife, having had the need for a Medicare funded home hospital bed received a functional bed with a mattress that in all honesty was worse than the canvas cots I slept on in the military. The coil springs in the mattress were horrible and the bed is a rather unusual size (30 X 80). I found this memory foam mattress on Revain and it fit her needs as a replacement mattress that is both comfortable and fits this bed that is smaller than both a twin bed and a standard hospital bed.hard to find. If you find yourself in this situation, I highly recommend this memory foam mattress.
