I would give zero stars but that's not an option. I bought this series (gen 6) 3800 to be able to watch appletv+, i already have 4 roku sticks, i needed this latest gen to add appletv+ to my line. If I hadn't thrown away the packaging I would have sent it back. I've had Roku at home for about 7 years now, this has never happened to me with any of my Roku products: I took a new USB stick, plugged it into my Samsung TV and started watching a movie. After about 45 minutes I get a flash drive overheat warning. I check the website shown, but it doesn't exist. Eventually I found that the troubleshooter says it's disabled for 15 minutes or until it cools. did this. You turn it on, after 20 minutes the same message. View more troubleshooting information, move to a cooler location. The TV is not in the closet, it is out of the sunlight, 30 cm from the wall. Power cords and extension cords are cool as a cucumber; Where is it cooler? Maybe in the trash can. One guy fixed the problem by putting a heatsink in a flash drive, but he doesn't recommend it. Trouble is, AppleTV+ sucks, but if you want to watch it, do it on your iPad, iPhone, and all Mac products. Most shows/movies can be rented or purchased. Why bother? TO UPDATE! This Roku flash drive only seems to overheat when using Apple TV+.
